StudyMate turns your syllabus into a day by day plan, then does the one thing no other study app will do: it tells you the truth about whether that plan fits before your exams.
No account, no install, nothing uploaded. The demo below runs the real planner in your browser.
Here is a real course: eight topics, an essay, a midterm, and a final. Tell it how many hours a week you honestly have, and watch the plan and the verdict change as you drag.
| Deadline | Study needed | Time you have |
|---|
Reviews are scheduled 1, 3, 7, and 14 days after you finish a topic, so it is still there at the exam. In the app you can drag a block to another day and the rest of the plan rearranges itself.
Every other planner is a to-do list with a calendar: it will happily lay out a plan that cannot be finished. StudyMate does the arithmetic and says "you are twelve hours short for the midterm", while there is still time to do something about it.
Upload the PDFs your university gave you, all your subjects at once. StudyMate pulls out the topics, their weights, and the dates, and shows you every guess it made so you can correct it before a single hour is scheduled.
The planning is arithmetic, not a language model's opinion, so it is the same answer every time. If you want AI to read a scanned syllabus or explain a topic, it uses your own free key on your own account. You are never billed for someone else's tokens.
Your courses, your plan, and your hours never leave your machine, and studying needs no internet at all. There is no account to lose and nothing to sync.
Windows 10 and 11. Free for fourteen days, no card, no automatic charge at the end of it.
Download for Windows ›A certificate that stops that warning costs a few hundred dollars a year, and StudyMate is made by one student who has not sold enough copies to buy one yet. So Windows says it does not recognise the publisher, which is true, and it says nothing at all about what the app does.
To install anyway: click More info, then Run anyway.
If you would rather not, that is completely fair. Come back when there is a certificate on it.
Not on Windows? StudyMate is a desktop app today and there is no Mac or phone version. You can export your plan to any calendar, so it shows up on your phone, but the app itself needs Windows.
